I am trying to write every day!

Since I am writing articles here. I started reading about how Medium works. I mean people clapping without viewing the posts?? Isn’t that weird. Unless they use bots to do that, I can’t think of another way. It may also mean, that they clap on articles based on the topics they follow. I confirmed that when I omitted “Journaling” from one post’s tags list.

Workout Plan

  • Skipping rope for seven minutes.
  • Two reps of 13 pushups.
  • 31 sit-ups.
  • Side legs raises (31 each side).
  • 31 Squats.
  • Two reps of 13 pushups.
  • 31 crunches.
  • A minute or so of glue bridge.
  • 11 neck exercise on while holding glue bridge (Mike Tyson exercise).
  • 11 pushups, then two reps of seven pushups.

I ended my work out session for Thursday at this point because I was fasting. I did some walking around the city throughout the day.

While on Friday, I wish this article would get published by the end of it. I did the following:

  • Skipping rope for 15 minutes with 15 seconds rest between a minute and its next.
  • Two reps of 13 pushups.
  • 31 sit-ups.
  • Side legs raises (31 each side).
  • 31 squats.
  • Two reps of 13 pushups.
  • 31 crunches.
  • A minute or so of glue bridge.
  • 11 neck exercise (Wrestler Bridges).
  • 31 forward lunges.
  • Two reps of 13 pushups.

For the pushups, I do the regular once but full no cheating. I am following the tips from the guy who does calisthenics on YouTube I once mentioned him.

Mike Tyson Wrestler Bridges

I was fascinated by Mike Tyson and how he does the neck exercise in his old footages. I also remember Onizuka from GTO the anime doing the German Supplex or something like that and the director of the school sitting on his belly while explaining to him what she likes about his principles and what she expects from him when he works as a teacher in her school.

Figure 1: Onizuka Sensie (GTO) German Supplex :).

What fascinates me more is how heavy Mike Tyson was on his prime. I think he was around 97 Kg. If I see something like this, I compare it to myself and see if it fits me. I am close to Mike downward :) (I weight 110 Kg). So, I tried it.

I did three the first time. However, they were half-assed posture. The next day, I did five then 9 and now I am stick to eleven. I do it from to back which go from the back of my head to the top not to the front like he does it in his videos. I am still struggling with the current form, and I am trying every day to enhance it. Right now, I am doing it on my yoga mat which heart me on my head when I does it. I will try to use a better support later when I am ready for the full exercise.

Onizuka Pose

The pose or the stance showed in Figure 1 is different from what Mike Tyson does. While searching for the correct name I stumbled upon a Reddit thread about it.

Well, I think this is enough to publish this article. I am doing this to not forget it with what’s waiting me in the rest of my day.

For the evaluation of the previous week I got this table

Figure 4: Evaluation of week’s days.

In conclusion for this week, I tried to compile it on a design in Figma. I will try to implement this to make simpler to generate charts and stats as well as conclusions.

Figure 5: and acceptable week.

The 31st Day.
